IBM to accelerate the purchase Bluewolf Cloud Salesforce Customer experience

Sources close suggest that the amount of the transaction amounted to 200 million dollars.

IBM has announced the acquisition of Bluewolf Group, a company dedicated to consulting and the implementation of cloud services and one of the main partners of Salesforce.

Details of the acquisition were not disclosed, but according to sources consulted by Re / Code could amount to 200 million dollars.

Bluewolf will join IBM to provide a “deeper capability for customers to adopt Salesforce consulting solutions,” said the company in an official statement released following the operation.

Not surprisingly the acquired company is recognized as a leader in implementing the ecosystem of CRM in the cloud and has already taken off more than 9,500 projects.

“The consumer experience has positioned itself as a key element” in the new way of doing business, Bridget van Kralingen said, Senir vice president of IBM Global Business Services unit to which Bluewolf adhere. “This requires differentiated and take a competitive position,” he concluded.

Bluewolf became the partner of Salesforce consulting services in 2001.
